It is always been difficult to detect if the man or woman is telling lie or not. Finding whether they lie, will be helpful for those who are investigating to find the truth. People who have taken police training or in army would be well versed in finding out however there must be some common technique which common people can use to find truth.
Simple 5 steps involved:
1) Watch the expression of the face: Face is the index of mind so when some people lie their face turns reddish in fear and so you identify it. Sometimes it starts sweating for them when they lie.
2) Keep looking into their eyes: You might have seen so many people while proposing. They look into their loved ones eyes and then tell “I Love You” but when the same person lie to you they cannot face directly into your eyes. They will generally avoid looking straight.
3) Observe body language: While telling lie the hands and legs will shake terribly and sometimes they will feel very uncomfortable about the atmosphere that they are at.
4) Rapid fire question: When we are about to tell the truth we never think what to speak and the words come out of the mouth so spontaneously but in case of telling lie the person stops, think and then tell and so to find the truth you need not give him time to think, you need to trigger the question back to back as rapid fire.
5) Test with electronic equipments: Even if you cannot find their lie then get some help from medical science. They have some equipment to test the brain waves and the pattern generated will tell if you lie. You can also mesmerize them to deep sleep and stir out the truth from the bottom of the heart.
